摘要
为了探讨ASD儿童在平滑追踪任务中双眼注视点间距的鉴别诊断价值,选择ASD儿童和正常儿童各20名,让他们观看平滑追踪任务,收集双眼注视点位置指标,应用多维尺度分析的方法对双眼注视点间距进行三维拟合.结果发现:(1)ASD儿童双眼注视点间距显著大于正常儿童;(2)能够在三维空间中对ASD与TD的DBGP进行很好的区分;(3)在观看150像素的大振幅、4.5°/s快速运动的双眼注视点间距具有优良的鉴别力.ASD儿童追踪动态目标运动的双眼视觉缺陷可能是早期感知觉障碍的诊断指标.
To explore the value of differential diagnosis of distance between gaze points(DBGP) in smooth pursuit eye movement in Autism Spectrum Disorders(ASD), 20 children with ASD and 20 typical developing children(TD) were selected,instructing them to watch the video of the smooth pursuit eye movement task, and the DBGP were collected. The method of multidimensional scaling(MDS) were applied to perform three-dimensional fitting of DBGP. The results showed that:(1)ASD children had significantly greater DBGP than TD;(2) the DBGP of ASD and TD were well differentiated in three-dimensional space;(3) in the condition of viewing 150-pixel large amplitude and 4.5 degree per second fast movement,DBGP has excellent discrimination ability for ASD and TD. ASD children 's binocular vision defects of tracking dynamic target movement may be a diagnostic indicator of early sensory disturbance.
