摘要
为探究不同光照处理对霍山石斛根、茎和叶中多酚的含量及种类的影响,分别采用红蓝光照和模拟自然光照处理霍山石斛根、茎和叶,用比色法测定其不同光照条件处理下的多酚含量,运用毛细管电泳仪,通过沉淀敲除法和制得的样品进行对照检测多酚种类。研究表明,霍山石斛根、茎和叶多酚含量依次增多,红蓝光照处理根、茎和叶各部分多酚含量比模拟自然光照处理的少,但多酚种类则是红蓝光照处理的较多。因此,不同光照对霍山石斛多酚的积累及种类有明显影响。
[Objective] To investigate the effects of different light treatments on the accumulation of polyphenol in roots,stems and leaves of Dendrobium huoshanense Tang et Cheng, [Method] Respectively treated by red and blue light as well as imitation ofnatural light for 50 days, the polyphenols accumulating in the root, stems and leaves of D. huoshanense were analyzed bycolorimetric method and high performance capillary electrophoresis combined with precipitation and knockout pretreatment[Results] The accumulating rates of polyphenols were increased in the orders with root 〈 stem 〈accumulation which in roots, stems and leaves were lower than those treated by imitation of natural light while the kinds of polyphenols treated by red and blue light are more than those treated by imitation of natural light. [Conclusion] Different light treatments had obvious influence on the accumulation of polyphenols in D. huoshanense.
