乙酸正丁酯合成工艺研究

摘要 以乙酸和正丁醇为原料合成乙酸正丁酯,以自制固体超强酸SO_4^(2-)/Nd_2O_3-ZrO_2-Fe_2O_3为催化剂,研究了合成乙酸正丁酯的最佳反应条件.实验结果证明:固体超强酸SO_4^(2-)/Nd_2O_3-ZrO_2-Fe_2O_3是合成乙酸正丁酯的良好催化剂,利用正交实验确定合成乙酸正丁酯的最优工艺参数,得知其合成的最佳反应条件为:醇酸摩尔比1 1.5、催化剂用量0.8 g和反应时间3 h,根据最佳工艺条件进行验证,酯化率均可达到96.7%,该工艺条件具有重复性. Synthesis of butyl acetate with acetic acid and butyl alcohol as raw materials was studied.The optimum reaction conditions for the synthesis of butyl acetate were studied by using self-made solid superacid SO42-/Nd2O3-ZrO2-Fe2O3 as catalyst.Experiment results indicated that solid superacid SO42-/NO3-ZrO2-Fe2O3 is a highly active catalyst for the esterification reaction.Optimization of process parameters for the synthesis of butyl acetate using SO42-/Nd2O3-ZrO2-Fe2O3 solid superacid catalyst by orthogonal experiment,it was found that the optimum reaction conditions were as follows:molar ratio of acid to alcohol 1:1.5,catalyst dosage 0.8 g and reaction time 3 h.Based on the confirmation experiments conducted under the optimized technology conditions,the esterification rate of butyl acetate reached 96.7%.The technology conditions proposed in this study possessed can be repeatable.
