摘要 随着磁共振弥散张量成像(DTI)及T2-弛豫时间图成像技术的不断发展,其在膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)的诊断及形态评估中,已经成为了最重要的成像方式。DTI及T2-弛豫时间图成像技术可以无创性的用于膝关节软骨的损伤检查和诊断,不仅能清晰地显示膝关节软骨的形态,还可对软骨退变进行定量及定性诊断在膝关节软骨损伤的临床预防及延缓膝关节OA的发生等方面具有重要的临床应用价值。本文对DTI及T2-弛豫时间图成像技术在膝关节骨性关节炎诊断中的应用进展予以综述。 With the development of magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging( DTI) and T2 mapping imaging technology. it has become the most impfortant imaging method in the diagnosis and morphological evaluation of knee osteoarthritis(KOA). DTI and T2 mapping imaging techniques can be used for noninvasive injury and diagnosis of knee cartilage, not only can clearly show the shape of articular cartilage, hut also quantitative and qualitative diagnosis of cartilage degeneration. It has important clinical application value in the prevention of knee cartilage injury and the delay of knee OA. This review summarizes the application of DTI and T2 mapping imaging in the diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis.
