响应面分析法优化金槐总黄酮的提取工艺 被引量:5

摘要 通过碱液回流法提取金槐总黄酮,考察了料液比、pH、时间、提取温度四因素对金槐总黄酮提取得率的影响。用响应面软件程序RAS对试验数据进行二次响应面分析,对3项工艺参数进行优化,得出金槐总黄酮提取的二次回归方程。通过分析得出金槐总黄酮提取的最佳条件为:液料比为1∶16,pH为9.98,提取时间35.53 min,提取温度为80℃,金槐总黄酮得率为43.81%。 The effects of the ratio of solid-fluid,pH,time,temperature on the yield of total flavones were studied by lye reflux extraction and the parameters for optimum yield were obtained by RAS software.The secondary regression equation was extracted from the three process parameters.The results showed that the optimum parameters was as follows:pH = 9.98,1 ∶ 16(g ∶ mL),35.53 min and 80.0 ℃,the extraction yield of total flavone was 43.81%.
