摘要
麻黄为常用中药材,且作为民族药,在各地习用品较多。为正本清源,该文对麻黄的名称、基原进行考证,按照根、茎、果实的形态特点进行详细分析,得出历代本草中所记录的麻黄即为历版《中国药典》所规定的草麻黄Ephedrae sinica Stapf;对其炮制方法进行总结,为优化麻黄制剂工艺、有效提取化学成分提供了依据;并对麻黄的产地变迁、品质评价进行总结,以促进麻黄资源的进一步开发利用。
Ephedrae sinica Stapf is a commonly used Chinese herbal medicine, and as a kind of ethnomedicine, it has many habitually use products in various places. In order to obtain original source,the name and basis of Ephedrae sinica Stapf are studied,and the morphological characteristics of the roots, stems and fruits were analyzed in detail, it is concluded that the Ephedrae sinica Stapf recorded in the materia medica of past dynasties is the Ephedrae sinica Stapf stipulated in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. The processing methods are summarized,which can provid the basis for optimizing the preparation process and extracting the chemical constituents of Ephedrae sinica Stapf. The origin changes and quality evaluation of Ephedrae sinica Stapf are summarized,so as to promote the further development and utilization of Ephedrae sinica Stapf resources.
