摘要
目的探究3种不同方法修复后牙牙体缺损的效果。方法方便选取2016年4月—2017年4月该院收治的114例后牙牙体缺损患者(168颗患牙)临床资料分析,将其随机分为3组,每组38例(56颗患牙),其中A组行二氧化锆全瓷嵌体修复,B组行钴铬合金烤瓷全冠修复,C组行复合树脂直接充填修复,比较3组临床疗效、牙龈炎症情况及满意度。结果 A组与B组成功率92.85%、85.71%显著高于C组(P<0.05);A组GI评分(0.98±0.43)分与B组、C组相比均显著低(P<0.05);A组满意度评分中,口腔舒适度(31.26±2.31)分、美观度(28.14±1.27)分、咀嚼功能(32.49±2.04)分均较B、C组高(P<0.05)。结论后牙牙体缺损采用二氧化锆全瓷嵌体及钴铬合金烤瓷全冠修复效果优于复合树脂直接充填修复,且嵌体修复更有助于牙周组织健康状况提升,满意度增加,可推广。
Objective To study the effect of three different methods in repairing the molar defect. Methods Convenient selection 114 cases of molar defect patients(168 affected teeth) admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were selected and randomly divided into three groups with 38 cases in each( 56 affected teeth), and the group A,group B and group C were repaired with zircon alba all-ceramic inlay, cobalt chrome alloy ceramic full crown, composite resin direct filling repair, and the clinical curative effect and gingival inflammation and satisfactory degree were compared between the three groups. Results The success rate in the group A and group B was obviously higher than that in the group C, which was respectively 92.85% and 85.71% in the group A and group B(P<0.05), and the GI score in the group A was lower than that in the group B and group C, which was(0.98±0.43)points(P<0.05), and the dental comfort degree, beauty degree and chewing function in the group A were respectively(31.26±2.31)points,(28.14±1.27)points and(32.49±2.04)points, which were higher than those in the group B and group C(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of zircon alba all-ceramic inlay and cobalt chrome alloy ceramic full crown in repairing the molar defect patients is better than that of composite resin direct filling repair, and the inlay repair is more conducive to the improvement of peridentium health condition and increase of satisfactory degree, which can be promoted.
