摘要
目的探讨在口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤的手术后患者软组织损伤的治疗过程中颏下皮瓣在该修复的具体作用。方法方便选择2015年3月—2016年2月来该院治疗,有该手术指征的100例患者作为研究对象。将其随机分为两组,有50例采用颏下皮瓣进行修复,定为A组;另外50例采用血管蒂进行修复,定为B组。观察两组患者治疗效果的差别。结果 A组患者的治疗有效率是98.0%,有39例效果良好,患者的满意率是86.0%;B组患者的治疗有效率是88.0%,有24例效果良好,患者的满意率是62.0%。结论颏下皮瓣,对于该类患者的术后恢复具有一定的优势,是该类患者在面部肿瘤术后,对于手术造成的软组织缺损进行缺损修复的良好选择之一。
Objective To study the specific function of submental flap in repairing the defect after the malignant tumors in the oromaxillo-facial region. Methods 100 cases of patients with operation signs in our hospital from March 2015 to February 2016 were convenient selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each, the group A adopted the submental flap for repair, while the group B adopted the vascular pedicles for repair, and the difference in the treatment effect of the two groups was observed. Results The treatment effective rate of patients in the group A was 98.0%, and the effect of 39 cases was good, and the satisfactory rate of patients was 86.0%, and the treatment effective rate of patients in the group B was 88.0%, the effect of 24 cases was good, and the satisfactory rate of patients was 62.0%.Conclusion The submental flap has a certain advantage in the postoperative recovery of these patients, which is a good choice for repairing the soft tissue defect caused by operation.
