摘要
目的探讨冠心丹参滴丸治疗冠心病稳定性心绞痛200例。方法方便选取从该院2016年1—12月患有冠心病稳定性心绞痛200例,随机分为观察组和常规组,100例/组。常规组患者予以口服复方丹参片治疗,观察组患者予以口服冠心丹参滴丸治疗,对比两组治疗临床疗效以及心绞痛疗效。结果两组患者予以不同治疗方法后,常规组患者临床疗效有效率为67%,观察组患者临床疗效有效率为87%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);常规组患者心绞痛疗效有效率为57%,观察组患者心绞痛疗效有效率为78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用冠心丹参滴丸治疗冠心病稳定性心绞痛,药效吸收性好,治疗效果更为显著。
Objective To study the guanxin danshen pills in treatment of 200 cases of patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris. Methods 200 cases of patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris from January 2016 to December2016 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 100 cases in each, the routine group took compound salvia miltiorrhiza tablets orally, while the observation group took guanxin danshen pills orally, and the clinical curative effect and angina pectoris curative effect were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the effective rate of clinical curative effect in the routine group and in the observation group was respectively 67% and 87%, and the difference was obvious with statistical significance(P<0.05), and the effective rate of angina pectoris in the routine group and in the observation group was respectively 57% and 78%, and the difference was obvious with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The pharmacophore absorbency of guanxin danshen pills in treatment of patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris is better and the treatment effect is more obvious.
