摘要
目的探讨糖尿病肾病患者的尿微量白蛋白与尿酸及血清胱抑素C的相关性。方法随机选取该院2015年1月—2016年3月收治的糖尿病肾病患者50例为研究组;另选取健康者50名为对照组。采用多功能检测仪检测两组血清中m Alb、CysC水平。结果对照组m Alb(11.79±1.64)mg/L、CysC(0.75±0.18)mg/L、UA(200.12±12.56)μmol/L;研究组m Alb(14.70±1.84)mg/L、CysC(1.75±0.56)mg/L、UA(467.12±12.78)μmol/L;研究组患者血清m Alb、CysC明显高于健康患者组成的对照组(P<0.05);Ⅰ期患者血清m Alb(14.67±1.88)mg/L、CysC(1.76±0.59)mg/L、UA(466.56±12.89)μmol/L;Ⅱ期患者血清m Alb(16.70±1.34)mg/L、CysC(2.56±0.59)mg/L、UA(567.78±12.43)μmol/L;Ⅲ期患者m Alb(18.45±1.78)mg/L、CysC(3.76±0.45)mg/L、UA(687.12±89.09)μmol/L;Ⅳ期患者m Alb(19.78±1.12)mg/L、CysC(4.76±0.78)mg/L、UA(700.10±12.86)μmol/L。经比较发现,m Alb、CysC水平为Ⅳ期>Ⅲ期>Ⅱ期>Ⅰ期(P<0.05)。结论尿微量白蛋白与尿酸及血清胱抑素C可反映肾脏系统损害程度,具有极高的诊断与应用价值。
Objective This paper tries to investigate the correlation between microalbuminuria and serum uric acid and serum cystatin C in diabetic nephropathy patients. Methods 50 patients with diabetic nephropathy in this hospital from January 2015 to March 2016 were randomly selected as the study group. 50 healthy peoples were selected as the control group. The levels of m Alb, CysC in serum of two groups were detected by multi-function detector. Results In the control group, m Alb was(11.79±1.64)mg/L, CysC was(0.75±0.18)mg/L, UA was(200.12±12.56)μmol/L; in the study group, m Alb was(14.70±1.84)mg/L, CysC was(1.75±0.56)mg/L, UA was(467.12±12.78)μmol/L; the serum m Alb, CysC in the study group were significantly higher than the control group of healthy peoples(P<0.05); as for the patients in the phase I, serum m Alb was(14.67±1.88)mg/L, CysC was(1.76 ±0.59)mg/L, UA was(466.56 ±12.89)μmol/L; as for the patients in phase II, serum m Alb was(16.70±1.34)mg/L,CysC was(2.56±0.59)mg/L, UA was(567.78±12.43)μmol/L; as for patients with stage III, m Alb was(18.45±1.78)mg/L, CysC was(3.76±0.45)mg/L, UA was(687.12±89.09)μmol/L; as for patients with stage IV, m Alb was(19.78±1.12)mg/L, CysC was(4.76±0.78)mg/L, UA was(700.10±12.86)μmol/L. By comparison, the levels of m Alb, CysC in the above phases ranked as stage IV, stage III, stage II, stage I(P<0.05). Conclusion Microalbuminuria and uric acid and serum cystatin C can reflect the severity of renal system damage, which have very high diagnostic and practical value.
