摘要
目的探讨对腹腔镜下胆囊切除患者应用围术期护理干预的临床效果。方法方便选取该院2014年12月—2016年12月期间内收治的180例腹腔镜下胆囊切除患者为研究对象,按均分原则分为观察组和对照组,每组90例。对照组实施常规手术护理,观察组实施围术期护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组术后排气时间为(17.23±2.14)h,术后进食时间为(19.64±2.25)h,术后住院时间为(8.21±0.66)d,均短于对照组;观察组护理后患者焦虑、抑郁得分为(21.35±4.18)分、(13.71±2.94)分,对照组为(38.62±4.85)分、(26.62±2.57)分(P<0.05)。观察组患者对护理的满意度为95.56%,明显高于对照组的80.00%;结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对腹腔镜下胆囊切除患者,应用围术期护理干预能更有效提高手术效果,保障手术安全,减少术后并发症,促进患者早日康复,具有较高的临床价值。
Objective This paper tries to explore the clinical effect of perioperative nursing intervention in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods A total of 180 laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients were convenient selected from December 2014 to December 2016 in this hospital. The patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the principle of bisection, with 90 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine operation and the observation group was treated with perioperative care. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The postoperative evacuation time in the observation group was(17.23±2.14)hours, the postoperative feeding time was(19.64±2.25)hours, and the postoperative hospital stay was(8.21±0.66)days, shorter than those of the control group. After nursing care, the anxiety and depression score in the observation group was(21.35 ±4.18) points,(13.71±2.94)points, and that in the control group was(38.62±4.85)points,(26.62±2.57)points(P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.56%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group of 80.00%. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with perioperative nursing intervention can be more effective in improving the surgical results, ensuring the safety of surgery, reducing postoperative complications and promoting early rehabilitation of patients, which is of high clinical value.
