摘要 战斗体能训练是实战化理念在体能训练领域的具体落实,在内容设置上就必须紧紧围绕作战任务对军人体能的需求,全面推动军人体能由徒手向携装、由单兵向协同、由单一体能向体技能结合转变。3000m武装组合训练就是根据陆军步兵分队作战行动的特点设计的训练项目,通过训练,为作战所需提供体技能支撑。 Combat fitness training is the actual practice in the field of physical training, i t must focus on the needs of combat mission on the military physical fitness, in the human body can promote the unarmed to wear、 from individual to collaborative articles, from a single one con change to the body with skill in the content setting. The 3000 meter armed training is designed according to the char- acteristics of the army infantry unit combat operations, through training, to provide the necessary physical and technical support for the operation.
