摘要
目的探讨针对性护理干预对老年白内障患者心理情绪和并发症的影响。方法方便选取该院2016年5月—2017年5月收治的老年白内障手术患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组加以针对性护理,采用低视力者生活质量量表(LVQOL)评定患者护理前后生活质量改善情况,用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分记录患者护理前后心理情绪改善状况,并记录患者术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组护理后的各项生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后的SAS评分和SDS评分分别为(31.53±3.36)分和(33.32±4.67)分,均显著低于对照组的(43.57±3.55)分和(44.51±5.80)分(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率为5.00%,较对照组的15.00%显著降低(P<0.05)。结论对于老年白内障手术患者,给予针对性的护理干预措施,可显著改善患者生活质量和负面心理情绪,减少术后并发症发生率,值得推广。
Object ive This paper tr ies to explore the inf luence of targeted nursing intervention on the psychological mood and complicat ions of seni le cataract patients . Methods 80 cases of seni le cataract surgery in this hospi tal from May 2016 to May 2017 were conveniently divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group, the control group was given routine nurs-ing, the observation group was given targeted nursing, the quality of life of pat ients before and af ter nurs ing was evaluated by low vision quality of life scale （LVQOL）, anxiety self rat ing scale （SAS） and self rating depress ion scale （SDS） were used to record the improvement of mental and emotional status before and af ter the nursing, the pos toperative complicat ions of the patients were recorded. Results The scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the con-trol group （P〈0.05）; The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were （31.53±3.36）points and （33.32±4.67）points re-spectively, signif icantly lower than those in the control group of （43.57±3.55）points and （44.51±5.80）points （P〈0.05）; The incidence of postoperative complicat ions in the observation group was 5.00%, which was signif icantly lower than that of the control group of 15.00% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For elderly pat ients with cataract surgery, targeted nursing interventions can signif icantly improve the quality of life and negative psychological emotions, and reduce the incidence of pos toperative com-plicat ions, and it is worth promotion.
