摘要
目的对比分析口腔正畸患者采用微型种植体支抗与传统强支抗治疗的临床疗效。方法方便选取该院2013年6月—2015年6月收治的60例口腔正畸患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法均分为两组,观察组30例给予微型种植体支抗治疗,对照组30例予以传统强支抗治疗,对比两组治疗情况、牙龈情况和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组上中切牙凸差距、上中切牙倾角差、磨牙移位分别为(4.13±2.14)mm、(12.46±1.35)°、(1.02±0.64)mm,对照组为(3.16±2.34)mm、(9.53±1.46)°、(3.02±1.12)mm,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组牙龈指数、菌斑指数以及出血指数分别为(1.12±0.17)、(1.07±0.12)、(1.15±0.11),均较对照组的(1.76±0.20)、(1.82±0.19)、(1.87±0.25)显著减小(P<0.05);观察组合并感染、轻度水肿和明显不适感分别为3.33%、3.00%、0.00%,与对对照组的6.66%%、3.33%、3.33%相当(P>0.05)。结论对于口腔正畸患者,采用微型种植体支抗效果优于传统强支抗,有临床推广价值。
Objective To compare and analyze the clinical curative effect of micro-implant anchorage and traditional enhanced anchorase in patients with orthodontics. Methods 60 cases of patients with orthodontics admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2015 were convenient selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each, the observation group and the control group were respectively treated with micro-implant anchorage and traditional enhanced anchorase, and the treatment situation, gingival situation and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The upper and medial incisor distance, upper and medial incisor obliquity distance, and molar displacement in the observation group and in the control group were respectively（4.13±2.14）mm,（12.46±1.35）°,（1.02±0.64）mm and（3.16 ±2.34）mm,（9.53±1.46）°,（3.02±1.12）mm, and the differences between groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）; the gingival index, bacterial plaque index and bleeding index in the observation group obviously decreased compared with those in the control group, [（1.12 ±0.17）,（1.07 ±0.12）,（1.15 ±0.11） vs（1.76 ±0.20）,（1.82 ±0.19）,（1.87±0.25）],（P〈0.05）; the incidence rates of infection, mild edema and obvious discomfort in the observation group were similar to those in the control group（3.33%, 3.00%, 0.00% vs 6.66%%, 3.33%, 3.33%）（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The effect of micro-implant anchorage in orthodontics patients is better than that of traditional enhanced anchorase, which is worth clinical promotion.
