富血小板血浆联合异种皮治疗难愈性溃疡创面的效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨富血小板血浆(PRP)联合异种脱细胞真皮基质敷料(异种皮)治疗难愈性溃疡创面的疗效。方法随机数字法将方便选取的常州市金坛区中医医院2013年1月—2016年6月收治的60例难愈性溃疡创面患者分为观察组与对照组,观察组采取富血小板血浆联合异种皮治疗,对照组行异种皮治疗,比较两组创面愈合效果等指标。结果观察组治疗第7、14天创面愈合率分别为(72.70±2.96)%、(86.45±3.47)%,创面肉芽生长评分分别为(3.24±0.35)分、(4.64±0.42)分,均显著高于对照组的(61.43±2.04)%、(73.12±3.33)%、(1.35±0.23)分、(2.38±0.59)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组平均创面愈合时间、住院时间、治疗后视觉模拟评分(VAS)均显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。均无明显不良反应发生。结论 PRP联合异种皮治疗难愈性溃疡创面疗效明确,能明显促创面肉芽生长,减轻患者疼痛。 Objective To study the curative effect of platelet rich plasma and xenoskin in treatment of recurrent foot ulcer?wound surface. Methods 60 cases of patients with recurrent foot ulcer wound surface admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2016 were convenient selected and divided into two groups, the observation group were treated with platelet rich plasma and xenoskin, while the control group were treated with xenoskin, and the wound surface healing effect was compared between the two groups. Results The wound healing rates and wound surface granulation growth scores at 7 d and 14 d in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group, [(72.70 ±2.96)%,(86.45±3.47)%,(3.24±0.35)points,(4.64±0.42)points vs(61.43±2.04)%,(73.12±3.33)%,(1.35±0.23)points,(2.38±0.59)points], and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05); the average wound surface healing time, length of stay, VAS score after treatment were obviously lower than those in the control group(P〈0.05), and there were no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion The curative effect of PKP and xenoskin in treatment of recurrent foot ulcer wound surface is definite, which can obviously promote the growth of wound surface granulation and relieve the pains of patients.
