摘要
作为临时性建筑物的混凝土围堰工程,对其剖面设计具有安全性、经济性和施工便捷性的多重要求。结合山西天桥水电站除险加固工程混凝土围堰,在基于ANSYS商用软件平台的基础上,建立重力式混凝土围堰断面优化模型,并开展了有无预应力施加下的断面优化研究。研究表明:施加预应力后,围堰最优剖面的面积减少了46.15%,同时围堰的稳定性明显加强,预应力施加后效果显著,研究方法和成果可为其他类似工程提供借鉴和参考。
Concrete cofferdam is a temporary construction in hydraulic structure,the design for a section of concrete cofferdam must be safe,economic and convenient for construction.The concrete cofferdam in the reinforcement project at Sanxi Tianqiao hydropower station is discussed in this paper,the optimal model of section design for gravity concrete cofferdam based on ANSYS commercial software is estimated,and optimal section is analyzed with pre-stress and without pre-stress.The research found that the area of the optimum section is reduced by 46.15% with pre-stress,and the stability of the cofferdam is strengthened.The pre-stress effect is significant.The research methods and results can provide a reference for other similar projects.
