摘要
目的探讨改良森田疗法和康复技能训练对精神分裂症患者远期治疗效果的影响,为稳定精神分裂症患者病情,促进全面康复提供更为有效或更理想的方法。方法按纳入标准选择住院的精神分裂症患者200例,按随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组各100例,实验组进行改良森田疗法和康复技能训练结合治疗,对照组按常规治疗及护理,采用护士用住院病人观察量表(NOSIE)、社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评价治疗效果,比较两组治疗前后的远期(1年)效果差异。结果实验组及对照组在NOSIE的总积极因素、SDSS、ADL的评分结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良森田疗法与康复技能训练相结合,能有效改善患者的自我和谐,提高社会兴趣和生活质量,对精神分裂症患者的远期治疗效果具有明显的积极作用,能更好地促进患者全面康复。
Objective To explore the effect of improved Morita therapy and rehabilitation skill training on the long-term treatment of schizophrenic patients,and to provide a more effective or ideal way for patients with schizophrenia to maintain stable disease and promote comprehensive rehabilitation. Methods According to the inclusion criteria,200 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into experimental group and control group（ 100 cases in each group）. The experimental group were treated with Morita therapy and rehabilitation skill training. The control group were given routine treatment and care.Nurses’ observation scale for inpatient evaluation（ NOSIE）,social disability screening schedule（ SDSS） and activity of daily living scale（ ADL） were used to observe the effect of modified Morita therapy on schizophrenia,and difference of the long-term（ 1 year） effect between the two groups before and after treatment was compared. Results There was statistically significant difference in total positive factors of NOSIE and the scores of SDSS and ADL between the experimental group and the control group（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion Improved Morita therapy combined with rehabilitation skills training can effectively improve the patients’ self-harmony,and improve social interest and the quality of life. It has a positive effect on long-term effect of patients with schizophrenia,which can better promote the comprehensive rehabilitation of patients.
