摘要
"食品工厂设计"是食品科学与工程专业一门实践性、工程性都很强的专业课程,学生工程设计能力的培养是该课程教学的重要目标之一。基于小组协作的任务驱动式教学模式适合"食品工厂设计"课程的教学特点,倡导学生自主式、探究式学习,有利于激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学生学习效率。研究表明,基于小组协作的任务驱动式教学模式在"食品工厂设计"课程教学中获得初步成功,也达到了培养学生实践能力和创新能力的预期效果。
Food Factory Design is one of the professional courses in the curriculum of the major of food science and engineerin,which has the characteristics of practicality and engineering property. One of the important goals of the course is the cultivation of students engineering design ability. Task-driven teaching mode based on team cooperation is suitable for teaching feature of the course,advocates students autonomous and inquiring learning,and is beneficial to stimulate students' interest in learning and improving students' learning efficiency. Research shows that initial success is obtained and desired effect of cultivating students' practical and innovative ability is achieved when task driven teaching mode is used in the teaching of Food Factory Design.
