磷化工艺对FeSiCr软磁粉体性能影响的研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过调节磷化液中磷酸浓度制备了不同磷化程度的FeSiCr软磁粉体。将FeSiCr粉体压制成软磁粉芯磁体,分析了磷化工艺对FeSiCr粉体压制特性、有效磁导率、直流偏置特性、损耗特性及磁体机械强度的影响。结果表明,磷化工艺对FeSiCr软磁粉体具有重要影响,压制特性、有效磁导率、直流偏置特性、损耗特性及磁体机械强度随磷酸浓度变化而呈现趋势性变化规律。 In this paper,the phosphatized FeSiCr soft magnetic powders were prepared,and then the magnetic phosphatized powders were pressed into powder core products,test equipment were used to measure the electromagnetic properties including the permeability,DC-bias characteristics and core power loss,and other properties including pressed density and mechanical strength. The results show that a regular change of the magnetic core property is confirmable with the increasing concentration of phosphoric acid.
