摘要
齿轮的传统手工设计中,设计计算量大,尤其参数选择的合理性非常难把握。为了解决这种现状,以圆柱齿轮减速器设计平台的开发为内容,开发平行轴齿轮传动装置的设计软件。这种软件具有操作简单、自动化程度高、灵活性强等特点,能够减少重复劳动,缩短设计周期,提高设计质量,节约成本符合现代产品的设计需求。
In the traditional manual design of gears,the design calculation is large,and the rationality of parameter selection is very difficult to grasp. In order to solve this situation,the design software of parallel shaft gear transmission device is developed for the development of the cylindrical gear reducer design platform. This software has advantages of simple operation,high degree of automation,and good flexibility,and it can reduce the repetitive work,shorten the design cycle,improve design quality,and decrease the cost,thus it can meet the demands of modern product design.
