摘要
中试试验采用预吸附→厌氧水解酸化→三级生物接触氧化→吸附→分离组合工艺,以此工艺建立实验装置,利用活性焦为吸附剂,处理经过联合站后的油田采出水。试验结果表明,当进水COD为358.7589.2mg/L、回流比为0.10.2、好氧池曝气量的气水比为5.1∶1,吸附池投加新活性焦的比例为1.5kg/t时,组合工艺对经联合站处理后的采出水COD的去除率达到91%,出水COD的均值为41.34mg/L,出水水质能够达到一级A的排放标准。
The pilot device was established by the combination process of pre-adsorption-anaerobic sludge hydrolysis acidification-three times aerobic contact process-post-adsorption-separation,using activated coke as adsorbent, treatment of oilfield produced water which process by combined station with activated coke as adsorbent. The test results shows that when the influent COD of the pre-adsorption is 358.7 mg/L-589. 2 mg/L, the return flows of activated coke for the pre-adsorption tank is 10%-20% of inflow, the air-water ratio of the aerobic contact process is 5. 1: 1, and the dosage of activated coke in the postadsorption tank is 1. 5 kg per ton, the combination process to the COD removal rate of oilfield produced water reaches 91%, and the average of effluent COD is 41. 34 mg/L,which meets the People Republic of China integrated wastewater discharge standard of GB8978-1996.
