摘要
目的:探讨中药联合推拿以及电针应用于膝关节骨性关节炎中的效果。方法:82例膝关节骨性关节炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组采用中药治疗,观察组使用中药、推拿、电针联合。对比两组临床效果。结果:观察组总有效率为95.12%,明显优于对照组的78.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组疼痛评分低于对照组,日常生活能力评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药、推拿、电针联合应用于膝关节骨性关节炎中价值较高,值得推广。
Objective : To investigate the significance of Chinese herbal medicine combined with massage and electroacupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods: 82 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,each with 41 cases. The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine,and the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine,massage and electro acupuncture. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 95. 12%,significantly better than that of the control group 78. 05%,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the daily living ability score was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P <0. 05). Conclusion: The combination of Chinese medicine,massage and electroacupuncture in knee osteoarthritis is of high value and worth pushing.
