基于辟谣模式的食品专业课程教学研究

摘要 近年来智能手机和微信软件的普及,食品安全的网络谣言众多,对现实社会造成了恶劣的影响。通过在专业教学中以谣言作为案例引入,经过教师课堂知识讲解并让学生完成科普文章进行辟谣,不仅贴近生活,引起学生兴趣,提高了学习效率,而且培养了学生的食品安全意识和专业责任意识。 In recent years,the popularity of smart phones and Wechat software has caused a lot of rumors about food safety,which has had a bad influence on the real society. This paper takeed internet rumors as the case in the professional teaching,and explained the professional knowledge in class,thend assign the students to complete the popular science article to dispel the rumor. This pattern was close to life, not only arouse student interest and improve study efficiency, but also cultivated students' food safety awareness and professional responsibility.
