摘要
随着我国市场经济的发展,财务管理作为企业的重要项目,对企业的长久发展和提高企业效益具有重要影响。柔性财务管理范式能够促进企业发展,不仅能提高企业规模,同时能增加公司效益,该种范式能够提高员工的专业能力,激发员工的工作动力。当前企业发展模式依赖柔性财务管理范式,企业要在传统财务管理模式中着重突出柔性财务管理,实现企业效益的最大化。
With the development of China ＇s market economy,as an important project of enterprises,financial management has an important influence on the long-term development of enterprises and has improved the efficiency of enterprises. Flexible financial management paradigm can not only promote enterprise development,but also improve the scale of enterprises, while increasing the effectiveness of the company. This kind of paradigm can improve the professional ability of employees and stimulate the motivation of staff. The current enterprise development model relies on the flexible financial management paradigm,and the enterprises should focus on the flexible financial management and realize the maximization of the enterprise efficiency in the traditional financial management mode.
