摘要
随着药品加成政策的取消,公立医院补偿渠道改为政府补助和医疗服务收费两个渠道。在财政补助不足且尚未明显改善的情况下,调整医疗服务价格成为公立医院实现平稳过渡和长远发展的突破口。目前,我国已有10多个省、市、自治区先后开展医疗服务价格调整工作,各地改革情况既存在共性,又具有个性。笔者通过比较分析各省市公立医院医疗服务价格改革情况,为设计广东省城市公立医院医疗服务价格调整方案提供借鉴。
With the cancellation of the drug addition policy,the compensation channels of public hospital have changed to financial assistance and medical service fees. In the absence of financial assistance and no significant improvement,adjusting the price of medical services has been a breakthrough to achieve a smooth transition and long-term development of public hospital. At present,more than 10 provinces,cities and districts in China have carried out medical service price adjustment work which exists both common and personality. This paper analyzes the reform of medical service price in public hospitals in various provinces and cities,in order to provide reference for designing the scheme of medical service price adjustment of city public hospitals in Guangdong Province.
