摘要
[目的]调查临床护士的职业获益感现状,探讨其影响因素,为增强护士职业获益感提供理论依据。[方法]采用护士职业获益感问卷对某市3所三级甲等医院456名护士进行调查。[结果]护士职业获益感总分为(135.41±19.01)分,得分最高和最低的两个维度是自身成长和正向职业感知,得分分别为(4.21±0.59)分和(3.92±0.66)分;职务、用工性质和学历是影响护士职业获益感的主要因素。[结论]临床护士职业获益感处于中等水平,仍有较大提升空间。管理者可针对不同学历、职务、用工性质的临床护士采取不同的培养方法,设立多渠道职业发展方向,全面提升护士职业获益感。
Objective:To investigate the status quo of clinical nurses' occupational benefit and probe into its influencing factors,so as to provide theoretical basis for enhancing nurses' occupational benefit.Methods:A total of 456 nurses in three general third grade A hospitals were surveyed by using nurses' occupational benefit questionnaire.Results:The total score of nurses' occupational benefit was(135.41±19.01).The highest and lowest dimensions were self growth and positive career perception respectively and the scores were(4.21±0.59)and(3.92±0.66).Positions,employment characteristics and educational backgrounds were the main factors that affected nurses' occupational benefit.Conclusions:The occupational benefit of clinical nurses was in the middle level,and there was still a lot of room for improvement.Managers could adopt different training methods for clinical nurses with different educational backgrounds,positions and employment characteristics,and establish a multichannel career development orientation to fully enhance the occupational benefit of nurses.
