摘要
利用低温烧结工艺合成了Ni Cu Zn铁氧体磁体,分析了工艺参数对微观结构及磁性能的影响。结果表明:成型压力大的铁氧体坯件在较低的烧结温度下就可达到较高的密度;而成型压力小的铁氧体坯件,则需要较高的烧结温度才能很好的致密化。在同一温度下烧结,随着保温时间的延长,烧结体的密度增加。随着成型压力的增加,烧结温度的升高和保温时间的延长,Ni Cu Zn铁氧体的气孔减少,密度增大,初始磁导率增大。
NiCuZn ferrites were prepared by low-temperature sintering technology and the influences of process parameters on the microstructure and magnetic properties were investigated. The results show that the ferrite blanks with a higher forming pressure can get a higher density even at a lower sintering temperature, whereas for the ferrite blanks with a lower forming pressure, a higher sintering temperature is necessary to ensure a desirable densification. The density of sintering body increases with the increase of holding time at the same sintering temperature. Moreover, with the increase of forming pressure sintering temperature and the holding time, the porosities in NiCuZn ferrites decrease, and then, the density increases and the initial permeability increases.
