摘要
针对航空整体叶轮加工复杂、叶片通道间距小、叶片变形较大、几何结构复杂等问题,基于DMU60五轴机床对航空整体叶轮加工过程的工艺流程进行建模,并通过VERICUT数控仿真软件对叶轮整体制造过程中切削模型进行仿真,证明可对加工过程中相关的工具、夹具、主轴和工作台等之间的关系模型进行仿真,仿真结果表明利用恒体积去除方法对数控程序进行优化可提升加工效率,降低机床及刀具的磨损。
Based on the DMU60 five-axis machine,it establishes the model of the machining process of the whole air impeller,and uses the VERICUT numerical simulation software to simulate the impeller.Based on the constant volume removal method,it optimizes the numerical control program,simulates the relationship between the tool,the fixture,the spindle and the workbench,etc.in the whole manufacturing process.Efficiency,this reduces the machine tool and tool wear.
