摘要 将超声波应用于短距离测距中经济有效、抗干扰性好、方便实用。针对拖曳式电梯轿厢与入口井道壁安全距离的监测,设计了基于LabVIEW与单片机的、在10~30cm间专用的超声波测距系统。开发了基于单片机的超声波测距程序、LabVIEW上位机与下位机的串口通信程序,满足了拖曳式电梯工作中实时测距并显示测量结果同时绘制测量结果图的要求。 Ultrasonic cost-effective in the short distance ranging,the interference is good,convenient and practical.It introduces a new kind of 10 - 30 cm dedicated ultrasonic ranging system based on LabVIEW and SCM(single chip microcomputer),which detects the distance between towed elevator car and the wall faced it.It develops the ultrasonic ranging procedure for SCM,LabVIEW software procedure,designs host computer and lower computer serial communication.The system can display the result of measurement when the towed elevator is working.
