摘要
生产者责任延伸理论是解决当前资源与环境问题的重要策略.在汽车发动机混合销售渠道环境下引入了组合价值恢复模式和延伸责任的分担合作机制,以探究EPR的实现机制.通过EPR系统的博弈均衡分析,给出了获利性评估,分析了制造商的决策边界和决策机制.研究结果表明,制造商对责任实现模式的选择受新产品附加值、再制造品附加值、拆解价值的影响,综合价值的比值也是个关键因素;通过设计延伸责任的委托契约,制造商可以实现责任转移和获利增多的双重目标.
Extended producer responsibility theory is an effective strategy to solve the contemporary resource and environment problems.This paper introduces producer's recovery mode of constitute value and cooptation mechanism in the system of extended producer responsibility under the automobile engine mixed sales channel to research the realization mechanism of EPR.Through the profitability assessment of EPR system using game theory,the selection mechanism of manufacturers and distributors is presen- ted.The decision-making boundary is determined, and the selection strategy is analyzed. Studies show that the producer's selection of EPR mode relates to the added value of new product, the added value of remanufactured product and the ratio of new product's integrate value is the major factor.Manufactures can shift responsibility and get more profit by commission contracts of EPR.
