摘要
以盆栽平邑甜茶幼苗为试验材料,设置连作土对照(CK)、单施氮肥(N)、施氮磷肥(NP)和单施磷肥(P)4个处理,探讨氮磷添加对连作平邑甜茶幼苗及土壤环境的影响。结果表明,与对照相比,施NP显著促进了平邑甜茶幼苗株高、地径、干重和鲜重的增加,分别为对照的1.58倍、1.38倍、2.48倍和2.6倍;显著提高了根系长度,为对照的2.51倍;提高了平邑甜茶幼苗的根系呼吸速率和根系超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性,分别为对照的1.92倍、1.26倍、2.69倍、3.23倍;同时提高了土壤细菌/真菌比值和土壤主要酶活性。综上所述,连作土中添加适宜氮磷可显著改善连作土壤环境,促进根系生长,最终减轻苹果连作障碍现象。
With potted seedlings of Malus hupehensis as experimental material, the experiment setup control(CK), nitrogen fertilizer(N), nitrogen phosphate fertilizer(NP) and phosphate fertilizer(P), to investigate the effects of nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer on continuous cropping in seedlings and soil environment. The results show that, compared with the control, NP significantly promoted seedling height, ground diameter, the dry weight and fresh weight, respectively they were 1.58 times, 1.38 times, 2.48 times and 2.6 times higher than those of the control. NP fertilizer significantly increased the root length, which was 2.51 times higher than that of the control, and improved the root respiration rate and the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD), peroxidase(POD) and catalase(CAT), which were 1.92 times, 1.26 times, 2.69 times and 3.23 times higher than those of the control respectively. NP fertilizer also improved the soil bacteria/fungi ratio and soil enzyme activity. To sum up, the appropriate application of nitrogen and phosphorus in continuous cropping soil could significantly improve soil environment, promote the growth of root, and finally alleviate the continuous cropping obstacle.
