牛源纹带棒状杆菌的分离鉴定及其耐药基因与agr管家基因的检测

Isolation and identification of Corynebacterium coryneform from cattle and detection of its resistance genes and accessory gene regulator

摘要 首次于牛鼻拭子中分离得到1株优势菌株,经16S rRNA鉴定该菌为纹带棒状杆菌。动物回归试验、小鼠致病性试验结果显示,该菌具有一定的条件致病性。药敏试验与耐药基因检测结果显示,该菌四环素耐药基因与大环内酯类药物耐药基因均呈显性表达。PCR检测结果显示,该纹带棒状杆菌存在毒力相关基因——agr管家基因(accessory gene regulator)。 A dominant strain was isolated and identified as Corynebacterium coryneform by 16S rRNA.We found this strain had the conditional pathogenicity in the regression animal test and the mice pathogenicity test.Accroding to the minimal inhibitory concentration and the resistance gene,we found the tetracycline resistance gene and macrocyclic resistance gene were dominantly expressed.We also found the virulence-associated genes—accessory gene regulator(agr housekeeping gene) of C.coryneform by PCR.
