省域农村教学点发展状况与策略研究——基于陕西省跟踪调查数据

摘要 农村教学点作为保障农村困难群体子女接受义务教育的有效形式,承担着阻断贫困代际传递的重要使命。基于大数据技术,通过揭示陕西省域教学点规模变化与资源配置的统计分布特征发现:农村教学点仍处于频繁的"新生"与"没落"交替之中,多种因素交织使其对师生日益缺乏吸引力,且其资源配置的弱势地位被长期固化。多措并举,补齐教育资源配置中的短板,办好农村教学点,是教育作为最根本的精准扶贫方式的应有之义。 Rural teaching point as the effective form to protect the vulnerable children to receive compulsory educa- tion in rural areas, undertakes the important mission to block the intergenerational transmission of poverty. This pa- per analyzes the statistical distribution characteristics of the scale change and resource allocation of the rural teach- ing points in Shaanxi Province based on the big data technology. The results show that the rural teaching point is still in the frequent fresh generation and decline, many factors make it increasingly unattractive for students and teachers, and the weak position of its resource allocation has been solidified for a long time. Consequently, this pa- per suggests that it is necessary to adopt many measures to fill the short board of allocation of educational resources on rural teaching points, because education is the most fundamental way of precise poverty alleviation.
