为提高金属漆膜层的附着力及防腐蚀能力且在金属冷加工中促进减摩润滑,需对基体金属磷化,磷化前必须进行除油、除锈蚀物、氧化皮以及表面调整等预处理。对除油、除锈、磷化、表调进行了合并,设计了"四合一"磷化配方。通过实验优化了磷化液配方,筛选出较优"四合一"磷化液的配方,尤其对除油的表面活性剂进行了对比实验,初步筛选出了有利于除油及加快酸洗速度的表面活性剂,当直链烷基苯磺酸盐和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚复配比例为2∶1时,除油效率最高,特别适用含油较重的磷化工件。
In order to improve adhesion and corrosion resistance of the metal film layer and promoting lubricating in the cold working of metal phosphide, phosphorization for base metal must be carried out. Before phesphorization, the removal of oil, rust corrosion, oxide skin, and surface pretreatment should be carried out. The "four in one" phosphating formula was designed by the combination of degreasing, derusting, phesphating and surface adjustment. Phosphating solution formula was optimized by experiment. The optimal "four in one" phosphating solution was screened out. In particular, a comparative experiment of degreasing surfactants was carried out. The surfactant which is good for removing oil and speeding up acid washing is prehminarily screened out. When the ratio of hnear alkylbenzene sulfonate and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether is 2 : 1, the oil removal efficiency is the highest, the surfactant is especially suitable for the phosphating workpiece with heavy oil.
