摘要
特色栏目的建设对提升学术期刊的学术质量与专业效应,促进学术期刊蓬勃发展具有重大意义,是当前地方高等院校学报生存、发展的一个重大问题,也是决定学报水平、优势、竞争力和生命力的核心要素。地方高等院校学报特色栏目的高水平建设要结合地方资源优势,从自身拥有的专业资源优势和社会发展方面进行定位。特色栏目要把握当前及今后的经济社会和学科建设的价值判断,形成自己的办刊理念和办刊风格,铸新品牌,避免学报文章的低水平和同质化。
To construct the special columns, greatly significant for promoting the academic quality, the professional effect and the vigorous development of the academic journals, is a big matter for the existence and development of the journals for the local colleges and universities, and also the core element to decide the journals＇ level, advantages, competitiveness and life force. The high level construction of the special columns of the local colleges ＇ and universities＇ journals should fix their locations by combining the local resource advantages and their own professional resource advantages and the social development. The special columns should pay attention to today and the future value judgment of the social economy and disciplinary construction and form the ideas and styles of the journals, establish the new brands and avoid the low level and homogenization of the articles.
