摘要
以25T型客车碳钢车体为研究对象,对车体结构进行尺寸优化分析。首先,在给定的静强度计算工况下,通过灵敏度分析,确定了对体积和应力影响较大的车体结构;然后,以应力作为约束,以车体结构重量为优化目标,对部分结构板厚进行优化,并对得到的理论优化板厚进行圆整处理;在尺寸优化结果的基础上,结合25T车体结构受力特点,拟定了三种优化方案,并对三种优化方案进行了强度、刚度和减重效果的对比分析,最终确定了车体的最优化方案。
Operating the size optimization analysis of car body structure based on 25T carbon steel locomotive body.First, determining the carbody structure which has huge effects on the volume and stress by sensitivity analysis under the given working conditions of static strength calculation, Second,the minimum total weight of carbody is treated as an optimization objective by optimizing the thickness of some plates.After that, dealing with the theoretical value of thickness and propose three optimization Schemes based on the size optimization results, combined with the force characteristics of the 25T locomotive body.Finally, the contrast analysis of strength, stiffness and weight reduction effect of the three optimization schemes are carried out, and the optimization scheme of the vehicle body is finally determined.
