摘要
当前我国服务消费发展面临重大机遇,发展服务业新业态对于促消费、惠民生具有重大意义。发展服务业新业态不是由供给或需求某一方面决定的,而是促进服务供给结构和需求结构匹配的内在要求。作为一种供给创新,服务业新业态呈现出"互联网+"可加性、一二产业服务化、服务生产化(制造化)、服务业内部融合、专业化内生成长和空间形态集聚化等趋势特征。服务业新业态推动消费热点和亮点涌现,助推消费结构优化转型,促进消费方式和消费体验改善,这些升级表现可从平台经济、分享经济、体验经济三个方面进行理论溯源和机制解释。以服务业新业态促进消费升级,要重点从匹配服务供给和需求结构、完善交易服务平台建设、健全市场监管和治理体系、促进城乡居民消费平衡发展等方面着手。
Currently, the development of service consumption faces great opportunities, the development of new forms of ser- vice industry is of great significance to promote consumption and benefit the people. Developing the new format of service industry is not decided by either side of supply or demand, it is the internal requirement to promote the match between service supply structure and demand structure. As a kind of supply innovation, the new form of service industry shows the "Internet +" additive, servitization of the first and second industry, production of service (manufacturing), internal integration of service industry, specialized endogenous growth and spatial agglomeration trend characteristics. New formats of service industry promote the hot-spots and highlights of con- sumption, boost the transformation of consumption structure and promote the improvement of consumption patterns and consumption experiences. These upgrades can explain the theory and mechanism from the aspects of platform economy, economy sharing and eco- nomic experience. To promote the consumption upgrade led by new formats of service industry, we should focus on matching service supply and demand structure, improving the construction of transaction services platform, improving market supervision and manage- ment system and promoting the balanced develovment of urban and rural residents' consumption, etc.
