水电站厂房结构梁板柱系统动力特性研究 被引量:3

摘要 为研究厂房不同楼板结构型式和立柱布置条件下梁板柱系统振动特性的差异,结合泸定水电站地面厂房的实际建立三维有限元模型,对梁板和厚板两种结构型式的自振特性和机组振动荷载下的振幅进行了研究。结果表明,在保证混凝土方量一致的前提下,梁板结构的自振频率略高于厚板结构。随着楼板厚度的增大或者立柱个数和截面尺寸的增加,楼板自振频率逐渐提高,机组动荷载作用下的结构振幅有所减小。但当楼板厚度达到一定值时,其自振频率的增加幅度和结构振幅的降低幅度越来越小。相对而言,增加立柱个数和截面尺寸比增加楼板厚度对楼板抗振更为有利,但有可能带来厂房布置上的困难。因此,实际工程中应综合考虑厂房结构混凝土方量、施工难度和结构布置等因素选择具体的楼板结构型式和立柱布置方案。 In order to study the difference of the vibration characteristics of the beam-slab-column system under different floor structure pattern and column layout, a 3 - D finite element model is established according to the ground powerhouse of Luding Hydropower Station, and then the self-vibration characteristics of two kinds of structure patterns, i.e. beam-slab structure and thick slab structure, and the vibration amplitude under the vibration load of the power generating unit are studied. The study re- sult shows that the self-vibration frequency of the beam-slab structure is higher than that of the thick slab under the premise of en- suring that the volumes of concrete are consistent. Along with the increase of the thickness of the slab or the increases of both the number and the sectional dimension of column, the self-vibration frequency of the slab gradually increases and the structural vi- bration amplitude under the dynamic load of generating unit decreases to some extent. However, when the slab thickness reaches a certain value, both the increasing amplitude of its self-vibration frequency and the decreasing amplitude of the structural vibra- tion amplitude are to be more and more small. Relatively, increasing both the number and the sectional dimension is more favorable for the vibration resistance of the slab than increasing the thickness of the slab, but it is possible to bring some difficulties to the layout of the powerhouse. Therefore, the specific slab structure pattern and the column layout scheme must be selected under the comprehensive consideration of the factors of concrete volume of powerhouse structure, construction difficulties, structure layout, etc.
