摘要 结合液压储能型初采器断电保护装置的工作原理及其在国投京唐港卸车线采制样系统的应用,从初采器断电保护装置主体、液压控制系统、安全闭锁机构、电气控制系统等方面剖析了系统的基本组成,并就机械储能型与蓄电池型初级采样器断电保护装置的优缺点进行比较,探讨了系统自动运行、系统维护操作、系统手动操作的现场实际使用方法及设备的维护方法。液压储能型初采器断电保护装置的投入使用可有效地解决初级采样器滞留胶带的技术难题,大幅提升了煤炭机械化采制样系统整体的工作可靠性。 Combining with the working principles of power-off protection device for hydraulic energy storage type primary sampling machine and its application in sampling and sample preparation system of Guotou Jingtang port unloading line, and from aspects such as main body of power-off protection device of primary sampling machine, the hydraulic control system, safe locking mechanism and electrical control system and so on, the basic composition of the system was analyzed, moreover, the advantages and disadvantages of power-off protection device of mechanical energy storage type primary sampling machine and battery type primary sampling machine were compared, the site practical utilization method of system automatic operating, the system maintenance operation and the system manual operation were discussed, as well as the maintenance method of the equipment. The utilization of power-off protection device for hydraulic energy storage type primary sampling machine could solve the belt retention problem of primary sampling machine effectively, and the overall working reliability of coal mechanized sampling and sample preparation system was improved dramatically as well.
