摘要
在对天津市海河教育园区几所高职院校的创业基地——众创空间进行实地调研的基础上,对众创空间的运营模式进行了分析归类,主要分为校企共同运营与学校独立运营两种模式。对大学生创业实践活动的调查发现,入驻创业团队或个人所学专业应用性强,在专业认知上存在一定的偏差;创业项目具有趋同性,缺乏亮点与特色;创业动机积极主动,注重自我价值的实现;从创业环境与支持上看,存在着创业资金和扶持政策落实不到位、创业教育体系不完善的现象;创业团队或个人面临着经验不足、缺乏社会关系等主要困难。
Based on the field research of some higher vocational colleges＇ enterprise bases in Tianjin Haihe Education Park——maker spaces, the paper analyzes and classifies the operation modes of maker spaces that are mainly divided into the joint operations between colleges and enterprises and schools independent operation. According to the investigation into the students＇ enterprise practice, it is found that the applicability of the entrepreneurs＇ major is strong,but they can＇t recognize it; enterprise programs have convergence, and are lacking of highlights and features; the entrepreneurs＇ motives are proactive and self-worth;there is also a phenomenon of the lack of enterprise funds and supporting policy; the entrepreneurs are faced with many difficulties such as the lack of experience and society relations.
