摘要
以"双元制"大学为例,对工业4.0背景下的德国应用型人才培养新模式进行探究。简单介绍了德国人才培养体系和工业4.0,简述了工业4.0带给德国工业企业界的影响及对应用型人才培养的影响,以"双元制"大学这种新型的高等职业院校形式为例探究了德国职业教育的新发展,多角度地对其人才培养模式进行了深入剖析,旨在了解德国职业教育的新变化。
Taking the ＂Dual System＂ University as an example, the paper explores the new mode of applied talents training in Germany under the background of Industry 4.0. The German talent training system and Industry 4.0 are briefly introduced in this paper, and the impact of Industry 4.0 on industry in Germany and its impact on the training of applied talents training are also described. With the ＂Dual System＂ University, a new form of higher vocational colleges as an example, the paper explores the new development of German vocational education. This paper deeply analyzes the talents training system in many aspects and can help us to understand the new change of German vocational education
