摘要
介绍了500 kA铝电解槽结构及相关优化配置技术,包括打壳下料、阳极升降装置,大梁及门形立柱、槽上集气系统、阳极炭块组等上部结构;槽壳、内衬、母线结构等下部和周围结构。最后,对节能型SY500电解槽技术参数和应用情况进行说明。
This paper introduces structure and configuration optimization technology, which carried out on 500kA alumin- ium cells, including optimization of shell feeding device, anode lifting device, beam and door shaped pillars, gas collecting system, pre-baked anode carbon block,which belong to superstrcture;steel shell , lining, and generatrix in infrastructure. Finally, discussed parameters and application of power saving SYS00 aluminium ceils.
