摘要
卓越幼儿园教师培养计划的实施是学前教师教育体系的一次变革和挑战,不只会影响幼儿教师培养的质量,还会影响幼儿园教育的质量。卓越幼儿园教师培养计划的核心是提升师范院校人才培养的质量,真正注重"尚师德、厚基础、强能力和重融合",为未来的幼儿园教师积聚卓越潜质。卓越幼儿园教师计划是一个系统工程,涉及培养目标、课程设置、教学方式、资源配置等多方面的改革,具有挑战性,也具有创新性。卓越幼儿园教师培养计划是质量工程,是改革工程,也是创新工程。参与卓越项目的高校已经在积极探索,勇于改革,积累了很多宝贵的经验,对提升学前教师教育质量,打造新型学前教师教育体系具有重要的意义。
The implementation of the outstanding kindergarten teachers＇ training program is both a revolution and challenge of preschool teachers＇ education system. It will affect not only the quality of kindergarten teachers but also the quality of kindergarten education. The core of the outstanding kindergarten teacher training program is to enhance the quality of the talents training in normal universities,and to attach importance to the motto ＂to uphold teachers＇ morality,consolidate the foundation,intensify the capability,and emphasize the integration＂. In this way the program can help to accumulate potentials for kindergarten teachers in the future. As a systematic project,the program has involved many aspects of innovation,such as training objective,curriculum setting,teaching methodology,and resource allocation. The program can also be a quality project,reform project,and innovation project as well. The universities participating in the project have been exploring and trying to improve the quality of preschool teachers＇ education and to create a new education system for preschool teachers.
