摘要
脑脓肿是严重的颅内感染性疾病,死亡率、致残率高,治疗难度大。文章报道1例无手术适应症、抗生素耐药的脑脓肿患者,临床予中西医结合方法治疗,后期出现抗生素过敏,单纯予中药汤剂治疗,临床取得确切疗效。
Encephalopyosis is a severe intracranial infectious disease with high mortality and disability.It is difficult to treat.This paper reports 1 cases of non operative indication,antibiotic resistant encephalopyosis patients,was treated by way of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in clinical.Simple treatment with Chinese medicine decoction was used after antibiotic hypersensitivity in the later stage,and accurate clinical effect was achieved.
