摘要
目的探讨合并心肌损伤的支原体肺炎的患儿的心肌酶谱和心电图的变化特征,为临床诊断提供理论依据。方法选取2016年1月至2017年1月在我院儿科门诊就诊的肺炎支原体儿童48例(年龄4~8岁),其中20例心肌损伤患儿作为病例组,28例无心肌损伤患儿作为对照组,检查二组患儿的血清心肌酶谱指标和心电图改变。结果病例组患儿(合并心肌损伤)的心肌酶谱LDH、CK、CK-MB和AST均高于对照组。病例组患儿的心电图均发现有变化,其中窦性心动过缓、窦性心律不齐、ST-T段改变最为常见。结论对肺炎支原体患儿进行心肌酶谱和心电图检查有助于早期发现心肌损伤,达到早期诊断早期治疗的目的。
Objective To investigate the changes of myocardial enzymes and electrocardiogram in children with mycoplasmal pneumonia complicated with myocardial injury, and to provide a theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis. Methods Forty-eight children(Monomycin 4-8 years old) with mycoplasmal pneumonia were enrolled in our pediatric outpatient department from January 2000 to January 2017, 20 of whom had children with myocardium as a case group and 28 children without myocardial injury The control group, check the two groups of children with serum myocardial enzymes and ECG changes. Results The levels of LDH, CK, CK-MB and AST in myocardium were significantly higher than those in the control group. The electrocardiogram of the children in the case group found abnormalities, including sinus bradycardia, sinus arrhythmia, ST-T segment changes the most common. Conclusion Cardiomyopathy and electrocardiogram in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae can help to detect early myocardial injury and achieve the purpose of early diagnosis and early treatment.
