摘要
本文介绍了多环芳烃的危害,采用气质联用仪结合内标分析法,检测木家具涂层样品中17种PAHs的含量。样品在超声波条件下经内标甲苯提取1 h后,用孔径为0.45μm的有机滤芯过滤,滤液经气质联用仪选择离子监测(SIM)模式采集数据,根据内标法建立工作曲线,计算其中的PAHs含量,经精密度和回收率验证,该方法操作简单、回收率较高、重现性好,适用于木家具涂层中PAHs含量的测定。
The harm of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)was introduced.The content of 17 kinds of PAHs in wood furniture samples was detected by GC/MS.The samples were extracted by internal standard toluene for 1 h under ultrasonic condition and then filtered through an organic filter with a pore size of 0.45μm.The filtrate was collected by the MS/MS model.The working curve was established according to the internal standard method.PAHs content,the precision and recovery rate of the method were also analyzed.The method is recommend for the determination of PAHs in wood furniture coating because it has advantages like easy to operate,high recovery rate,and good reproducibility.
