摘要
【目的/意义】基于用户关系和知识聚合的服务推送是面向用户的数字图书馆服务的发展趋势,也是用户个性化和社会化知识服务需求的必然要求。【方法/过程】从系统平台设计模型、推送服务流程、推送服务功能设计和工作机理的角度进行服务推送系统设计与实现。通过充分尊重社区用户的个体差异和社区群体关系,向其提供个性化服务推送。【结果/结论】将满足数字图书馆社区用户需求的知识信息推送给用户,不仅提升数字图书馆社区的服务质量和效率,还能有效促进用户的社会化知识交流、知识利用和知识创新。
【Purpose/significance】Service push based on user relationship and knowledge aggregation is the developing trend of user-oriented digital library service, which is also a necessary requirement for the user’s personalization and the service requirement of socialized knowledge.【Method/process】This paper emphasizes on the perspectives of the design model of system platform, push service flow, the function design of push service and working mechanism to design and implement the service push system. It provides personalized service push through the full respect for the individual differences of community users and community group relationship.【Result/conclusion】Pushing the knowledge information that meets the needs of the digital library community members to the users can not only improve the service qualities and efficiencies of digital library community, but also can promote the social knowledge exchange, knowledge utilization and knowledge innovation of users.
