摘要
企业并购具有多种优势，不仅可以使企业之间发挥其特有的优势，还可以优化企业的资源配置，给企业带来巨大的经济效益。并购给企业带来发展机遇的同时，也给企业带来了巨大的财务风险。基于此，本文先介绍了企业并购财务风险的类型，并提出几点预防措施。
