20000kN立式挤压铸造机合模机构的仿真及优化

Simulation and Optimization for Clamping Unit of a 20 000 kN Vertical Squeeze Casting Machine

摘要 为了提高立式挤压铸造机合模机构的扩力性能,通过分析双曲肘合模机构的工作原理及力学特性,并基于设计点,运用ADAMS软件建立了半合模机构虚拟样机参数化模型。再以扩力系数Mp(α=3°)为优化目标函数,通过研究分析确定优化设计变量,在满足立式双曲肘合模机构设计约束条件的前提下,利用二次规划算法(SQP)对合模机构进行优化。优化计算结果表明,合模机构的扩力系数提高了5.02%,最大锁模力提高了6.14%,达到了优化目的,并满足了设计要求。 In order to improve the expanding performance of the clamping unit in vertical squeeze casting machine,the working principle and structure feature of double toggle clamping unit were analyzed,and the virtual prototype parametric model of the half clamping unit was established based on design points by using ADAMS software.The expanding force coefficient Mp(α=3°)was regarded as objective function for the optimization,and the optimum design variables were determined by analysis.At meeting the design constraints for vertical double-toggle clamping unit,the clamping unit was optimized by using Successive Quadratic Programming(SQP).The optimized results show that the expanding force coefficient is increased by 5.02%,and the maximum clamping force is increased by 6.14%,realizing the goal of optimization and meeting the design requirements.
