摘要
为研究河川沙塘鳢同工酶系统的组织特异性,丰富河川沙塘鳢种质资源资料,采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板电泳法,对河川沙塘鳢的腮、脑、肝、脾、心、肾及肌肉共7种新鲜组织中的酯酶(EST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、苹果酸酶(ME)、苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)、6-磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶(6-PDGH)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)共6种同工酶进行了分析。结果表明,河川沙塘鳢的6种同工酶系统具有不同程度的组织特异性。酯酶、苹果酸酶、苹果酸脱氢酶及6-磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶在肝脏中表达活性较强,乳酸脱氢酶在脑、鳃、心脏及肌肉中表达活性强,超氧化物歧化酶在鳃、脑组织中活性较强,肝脏中具有特异性酶带。
To investigate the tissue specificity of isozymes of Odontobutis potamophila and enrich the data of Odontobutis potamophila germplasm,six isozymes (EST,LDH,ME,MDH,6-PDGH and SOD) from seven tissues (gills,brain,liver,spleen,heart,kidney and muscle) of O.potamophila were analyzed with polyacrylamide gel slab electrophoresis.The results showed that the six isozymes presented different degrees of tissue specificity.The activity of EST,ME,MDH and 6-PDGH in liver was relatively high.The activity of LDH was relatively high in brain,gills,heart and muscle.The activity of SOD was relatively high in gills and brain,and special isozyme bands of SOD appeared in liver.
